Note: This position is in the Marketing department and reports to the Marketing Manager.

·         Provides business line stakeholders with information and data needed for planning, analysis, decision making, and the execution of  marketing programs.  This position works closely with business line stakeholders to understand key business objectives and data requirements. 

·         Programs and maintains business metrics and reports, customer profiles, segmentation analysis, ad-hoc data analysis, predictive models, and external data enhancements under the direction of marketing management.

·         Develops and maintains ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to enable and improve the ability to integrate and utilize operational data

·         Develops, delivers and maintains business reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

·         Builds and maintains predictive statistical models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

·         Works with cross-functional business partners and subject matter experts to collect data, define data attributes, conduct analysis, and corroborate findings

·         Provides primary database support of analytical and marketing databases

·         Ability to interpret data findings/communicate insights to management

·         Manage to all deadlines

• Be willing to work beyond regular work hours when required

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or technically related field

·         Additional SQL Server training or certification is a plus

·         Experience writing advanced queries, stored procedures, triggers and/or functions using TSQL

·         Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS).

·         Expert using Microsoft Office Suite

·         Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under deadlines.

·         Solution thinker with demonstrated problem solving ability

• Working knowledge of statistical models and analytical techniques is a plus
