Job Description Eaton Aerospace in Jackson, Michigan is seeking a Technical Specialist in our Customer Support department. Provides technical review support for products to ensure that products and associated order management data is built in accordance with customer and Eaton requirements. Identifies, analyzes, defines and manages data in accordance with prescribed requirements. Serves as the technical customer interface, interpreting customer requirements and responding to customer technical requests for variations, revisions and engineering changes. Assists in standardizing Eaton?s business approach to reviewing customer requirements. Maximizes customer satisfaction through superior technical support and service. Supporting customer quotation process, providing technical support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customers needs, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of customer requirement reviews to ensure exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement are essential functions of this role. Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Basic Qualifications: -Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required -Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship -Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, field sales, or engineering (internships are acceptable) Preferred Qualifications: -Conversational Mandarin Position Criteria: -Ability to read and interpret blue prints, design data and customer specifications -Proficient with computer software programs including: MS Office ? particularly Excel data manipulation -Proficient in data analysis -Proficient in problem solving methods -Experience in computer programming -Time management skills -Experience with quality and manufacturing processes, document and data control standards
