REPORTING STRATEGY ANALYST recruitment
The successful candidate will prepare a number of investment reports to a high standard and within agreed deadlines. They will help improve the team’s processes, controls and procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
- To help prepare a number of investment reports for our client, to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
- The reports are complex and include Exposure Reporting, IFRS7, Interest and Currency Risk Reports and analysis of large volumes of data via excel pivots, macro’s and formula. The two main reporting cycles are quarter end and year end.
- Improve reporting processes and control environment, including the development of procedures and control checklists.
- Future Development: Assist in future development of Reporting Services.
- Help define new reporting requirements and add value in supporting our business.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with the supplier of our Fund Accounting Reporting tool and with the internal teams that support our internal solution.
- Operational Support: Ensure the completion of associated operational tasks specified in the team scope. This will include provision of reporting services to the business.
Stakeholder Management: Help ensure good communications between Securities Management and with other teams in the company. - In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by his/her manager from time to time so long as such duties are within the scope and ability of the jobholder.

Core Requirements:
- The job holder will have a good understanding of the investment process.
- A broad understanding of data for the Investment Management market (including reference and dynamic data).
- Part qualified accountant preferred. Will consider those with good investment accounting experience.
- Experience of investment management reporting.
- Experience of fund accounting.
- Experienced excel user.
