Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Requirement Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Woodlawn, MD. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Solutions Management division which focuses on healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, state, and local government clients.
We are looking for dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual with good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to develop and implement an a Master Data Management architecture system.
Responsibilities:
- Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications
- Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain software products
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation
- Participates in design reviews, architecture discussions, and infrastructure reviews
- Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain software products
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- Bachelors plus 10 years or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of requirement analysis experience for iLOG/JRules applications
- 2+ years of BRMS experience
- 5+ years of enterprise application implementation experience
- Strong analysis and design skill
- 1+ years of requirement analysis experience for iLOG/JRules applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Healthcare project experience
- Strong experience with business intelligence and data warehousing design principles and industry best practices.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate
