Research Specialist – Funds Pricing recruitment
Interactive Data seeks a Research Specialist to join our Data Collection team in our Dublin office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in our Funds Pricing team, where you will be responsible for research using a variety of sources to ensure the highest level of accuracy possible - this is a key role in which you will be responsible for keeping the company databases up to date on a daily basis. This would suit someone with experience in an administrative capacity, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Duties Responsibilities
You will be required to navigate and update our relevant databases, as well as identifying and processing relevant sources and markets to find the information required to keep our data up-to-date. Quality is a critical aspect of this role - you will be required to maintain the highest quality possible, through data checks, spin offs/reports and assisting and answering internal queries.
The Individual
You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills and good command of English. Good PC skills (including Microsoft Office, email applications and the internet) are required. You will be a team player who has a logical approach to problem solving and is able to adapt to a changing environment. An understanding of the financial markets would be advantageous but not essential as training will provided. Strong Excel skills and ability in SQL would be highly desirable.
