Researcher, Sales and Marketing recruitment
A boutique Financial Services Recruitment Company are looking to hire a researcher on one of their top billing teams. The role will involve supporting 2 senior Consultants within the Wealth and Asset Management space, specialising specifically in Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Candidate generation and research for the consultants
• Generation of potential candidates using referrals, online job boards and innovative telephone techniques
• Proactively head hunting candidates from non clients to bring the best candidates to the market for our clients.
• Relationship building and management, via phone and e-mail and eventually face to face
• Speaking to candidates on a daily basis to gather information
• Candidate management
• Managing a team diary, both for yourself and your consultants
• The writing of job advertisements
• General ad hoc administration
• Maintaining internal job boards
• Using social media to advertise jobs and attract candidates
• Picking up job leads and communicating to your team
Requirements of the role:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, Marketing degree highly desirable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
• Some experience in a relationship building role would be desirable
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A proactive and driven attitude
