RESERVE FIELD MANAGER / ASSISTANT DISTRICT MANAGER
Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced manager to lead recruiting and training operations. Reporting to the District Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a business, and should possess strong interpersonal and sales management skills and excellent client relationship building skills and should be an expert at determining the financial impacts of decision making in relation to client needs. The DMTA will be trained to effectively manage and direct recruiting operations, develop recruits and create an environment that promotes customer service. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Excellent Training skills 4 year college degree preferred Highly motivated Excellent interpersonal communication skills Minimum 5 years sales, management, or supervisory experience Requirements This opportunity requires licensing by the State ??s Department Of Insurance (DOI) Commission which mandates that all candidates meet strict credit and criminal history requirements.
