Job Summary
Provides direct supervision of care giving within the community. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Medication administration for the Assisted Living Department.
- May be required to supervise other staff positions.
- Provides general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
- ** Strong supervisory experience required
- Training and education of staff regarding ongoing standards and expectations of resident care.
- Leadership supervision rotation monthly
- On-call for staffing concerns and shift fulfillment
- Scheduling, hiring coaching associates
We seek the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of AL experience and working with the Elderly.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff and producing schedules.
- Current CPR and First Aide certification a plus.
