Residential Mortgage Backed Securities-Credit Analyst recruitment

ROLE SUMMARY:

The position requires an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in Residential Real Estate Lending. The individual will have extensive liaison with internal external clients (Relationship Managers, Structured Lending, Valuers, Legal, CSUK Management etc …)
Minimum 5 years experience of Private Banking Real Estate Financing, with focus of analysing credit requests for HNW/UHNW's and an advanced knowledge of properties in prime central London.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Ensure requests conform to Credit Policy satisfying legal, valuation and collateral frameworks. Able to identify and make recommendations for requests outside guidelines.

Ability to multi-task manage several requests and initiatives at any one time

Deliver timely responses and completions by set deadlines

Involvement with new business initiatives projects with the ability to take on various responsibilities whilst delivering to deadlines.

Challenging collaborative partner to the Front office Division/Department Overview CS (UK) Limited Credit Risk Management are responsible for making credit decisions.  The team work closely with Relationship Managers and Structured Lenders to ensure the growth of the loan book is controlled and within the risk appetite of the bank.

1 Previous Private Banking Credit function experience
2 Knowledge and understanding of residential lending in the UK, including analysis (balance sheet, income cash flow analysis) and credit application process.
3 Knowledge of FSA Mortgage guidelines (MCOB)
4 Self starter who displays an entrepreneurial approach to achieving results with exceptional organisation and time management skills
