ROLE SUMMARY: The position requires an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in Residential Real Estate Lending. The individual will have extensive liaison with internal external clients (Relationship Managers, Structured Lending, Valuers, Legal, CSUK Management etc …) Minimum 5 years experience of Private Banking Real Estate Financing, with focus of analysing credit requests for HNW/UHNW’s and an advanced knowledge of properties in prime central London.
