Job Title: Resource Analyst
Location: Edinburgh
Rate: £150 per day
Start Date: Asap
Contract length: until 13/12/13
Role Deliverables:
· Entering, analysis and monitoring of Resource MI across a diverse population, including identification and escalation of threats/opportunities and mitigants
· Process resource information within a fast moving Change management environment ensuring a high quality of service is provided at all times
· Engage with internal release delivery areas and external suppliers (in UK and offshore) to ensure accuracy of financial MI, which is used at Exec level in making strategic decisions
· Advanced Excel usage; including all formulas and pivot tables
· Build strong relationships with the programme teams to ensure a free, impartial flow of information
· Ensure policies are adhered to consistently and accurately
Skills/Experience Required
· Strong communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels or seniority, and who can challenge information as required
· Strong attention to detail is a must
· High standard of excel including pivots/vlookups etc - any Access experience would also be beneficial
· Strong ability to build relationships
· Keen to gain an understanding of the bigger picture as to how their role fits in to the wider Programme
· Able to manage conflicting priorities with minimum referral
