Resource Planning Analyst/ Manager

As they expand their sales and service operations, the time is right to add a key position in to the call centre support network.  The analyst will be responsible for data analysis, forecasting and reporting to ensure that the call centre runs productively and efficiently.

Experience in a role of this kind is essential as we don't have time for someone to grow into the role.  You must be able to demonstrate experience of analysis and reporting as well as the presentation of this information to senior management as well as proven experience of scheduling and forecasting resource.  Finally, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and superb problem solving skills are all essential personal attributes.
