Resourcer – Front Office team recruitment
Hays Corporate Accounts provides an on-site neutral Vendor service for temporary and contractor recruitment and permanent recruitment. The permanent recruitment solution is unique in the market as it is a fully integrated with the Professional Recruitment team and forms part of the Human Resources function
Each business area is supported by a team of dedicated recruiters responsible for managing the entire recruitment process through from taking a vacancy to offer and acceptance. The recruiters are supported by a Resourcer who is responsible for managing the following processes:
- Adding new vacancies onto the internal/external job boards
- Forwarding internal candidates to hiring managers in accordance with UBS’s internal mobility policy
- CV and telephone screening of candidates
- Closing/Cancelling vacancies on the internal/external job boards
- Linking candidates to specific roles on the system
- Ensuring that the system is up to date with regards to candidate and role status
- Creating contracts for new hires via onboarding process and working with central HR team (ASC) to ensure timely delivery of contracts
- Running ad hoc searches for Recruiters
- Generating reports for specific business areas
- Occasionally organising, invigilating (and marking) test papers. These include specific business area tests (e.g. IT java tests) as well as more general SHL tests
- Adhoc reporting/analysis – E.g. on agency activity, recruitment activity
- Dealing with agency queries re: recruitment system issues
- Being responsible for the full life cycle of a new joiner’s paperwork
- Organising for contracts to be checked and/or signed
- Arranging for contracts to be collected by hand/couriered
- Monitoring the return of completed paperwork – chasing where necessary
- Communicating to the Business and HR Managers once paperwork, start date etc is in order
- Ad hoc interview scheduling
