Job Title- Resourcer
Location- Northampton
Salary- £16000
Hours of Work: - 40 hrs. Shift patterns to vary between 8am-8pm.
The client is an online based recruitment consultancy, and due to expansion within the company are looking for a forward thinking, dedicated candidate to join the team.
You will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to permanent jobs with client companies. The jobs may vary from entry-level roles to directors and executives.
You will be working on behalf of a variety of companies, identifying the needs and requirements for specific job roles across a number of different industries.
Main Duties:-
- Working to KPI’s to achieve financial targets
- Building relationships with candidates.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
- Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
- Feedback to candidates about the results of their interviews;
- Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
Skills Required:
- Polite and engaging telephone manner.
- Ability to identify industry related skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritize workload.
- Motivation to achieve set targets KPI’s.
- Desire to progress within a company.
