Due to unprecedented growth, we are in need of a Resourcer to work alongside our Commercial Sales Recruitment Consultants, resourcing candidates and handling their administration requirements. Seeking an articulate and confident graduate with a 2.1 or above who can demonstrate from 1-2 years' work history that they have high achievement drive, a good understanding of people, a positive attitude advanced analysis problem solving skills
You will need to have the right attitude and personality attributes to succeed within this role.
The Job Profile:
You will be required to find candidates for consultants for specific roles, develop relationships with candidates and clients alike, send out interview confirmations, post job adverts, deal with necessary correspondence, general ad hoc administrative tasks supporting the Commercial Sales Consultants in any way possible.
This role will require an individual to utilize their strong communication/ verbal qualities, tenacious attitude, developed multi-tasking skills along with an ability to thrive within a pressurized environment.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have undertaken previous roles within a b2b target driven sales environment, preferably making a high number of outbound calls daily (cold and warm calling). Note- this experience is not essential!!! Those who have graduated from university with a minimum of 2.1 degree or individuals with resourcing recruitment backgrounds will face a distinct advantage.
