Resourcing Manager recruitment
Responsibility:
- To act as a HR business partner to provide professional HR services, including strategic sourcing plans and recruitment solutions
- To identify and provide solutions to line managers on HR issues
- To carry out a number of searches across the business along with building the talent pool in line with the strategic resourcing plans
- To provide consultation and appropriate approaches to ensure the best use of attraction methods
- To ensure HR activities are in compliance with local legislation and the Company 's policies
- To support ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant HR managerial experience
- Good knowledge of HR best practices
- A good understand of related compliance issues a must
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and regulations
- A team player, mature and detail orientated
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
