Retail Banking Internal Auditor recruitment

A well established banking organisation providing comprehensive retail and corporate banking and financial services worldwide, and the largest independent bank in one of the world’s leading financial cities
The role:
An Internal Auditor who will;
- Perform risk-based internal audits (including audit planning, preparation of audit programmes, execution of audits and preparation of working paper and audit reports) of the UK operations
- Undertake reviews on internal controls and compliance issues of the UK operations
- Manage to handle ad-hoc assignments if required
Retail banking audit experience is highly desired
To apply you will -
- Be university educated with a degree in Accounting or business related field and fully qualified auditor (ACA/ACCA)
- Have an established career in internal or external audit experience in the banking sector
- Possess sound knowledge of banking operations, local banking regulations, internal audit approach and risk management framework: exposure to Basel II and AML a definite advantage - Demonstrate strong report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and able work independently
