Your responsibilities as a Retail Banking Senior Manager will include:
- Working with leading global Retail Banking clients, helping them to make changes and improvements to their business through a deep understanding of the industry, its products and its challenges.
You are required to have experience in project management with a track record for delivering in the following areas:
Mortgages Loans
Payments
Credit Risk
Collection/Recoveries
Digital Banking
The Ability to deliver against complex requirements and targets and experience in one or more of the following disciplines is essential:
Financial Markets
Corporate Finance
Competencies
Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Retail Banking Senior Manager:
- Excellent understanding of the industry, market dynamics, financial practice and supporting technologies within the Retail Banking Sector
- Outstanding communication skills and client facing experience
- Minimum 2.1 degree (professional qualifications desirable e.g. MBA, ACA, CIMA, CFA, PRINCE2)
- Driven, motivated and entrepreneurial - you will be joining a rapidly growing team and helping us to shape our business
- A track record of delivery within a similar environment.
