Retail Banking Technology & Operations Improvement – Consultants, Project Managers and Business Analysts recruitment
Our client is a respected financial services consultancy. Its banking team delivers strategic initiatives involving IT and operations improvement including the transformation and replacement of core systems for retail, corporate and private banks, card issuers and payment processors. Due to success and growth, it is seeking to hire consultants, business analysts, project managers and architects.
You will have experience of working on core systems and business process improvement initiatives as a consultant, business analyst, project manager or technical architect. Currently working with a consultancy firm, retail bank, building society or systems vendor, your experience should include involvement with some of the following:
- Selection and implementation of core banking systems
- Solution architecture, defining the application, integration and data architectures
- Good understanding of the application architecture found in banks, card issuers or payment organisations
- Business Analysis, Project / Programme Management
- Process improvement and operational efficiency
- Target Operating Models
- Record of successfully working on large and complex engagements or projects in the retail banking industry
- BACS/ CHAPS payments lifecycle, retail banking products and services
- Familiarity with current regulation and its impact on the banking sector
You will be working on high profile change initiatives so excellent presentation and communication skills are key. Suitable candidates must be able to work closely with clients on strategic initiatives, while building and developing successful business relationships.
