Retail Call Center Manager

Vaco Technology is seeking a Call Center Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a large, enterprise level environment, preferably in the retail industry. Salary is up tp $125K plus bonus, excellent benefits, and some relocation assistance.

Qualifications include:

* Min. 3 years of Call Center Management experience including recruiting, hiring, providing coaching and development to staff

* Experience managing a call center for a retail company is HIGHLY desired

* Experience administering, coordinating and directing call center operations and policies

* Proven ability to recommend system or application changes that significantly reduce call volume and issues

* Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Postgres SQL preferred

* Bachelors degree required
