Retail Client Services

My client is a leading Asset Management business currently recruiting for a retail client services consultant to be their point of contact for all their client enquiries. Products include but not limited too: - investment products (OEIC, SIPP, IT and SICAV fund range).

Key responsibilities: -

· Process pension client related transactions funds including: transfers, applications for a SIPP, employer contributions, buy, sell, switch, moves into Drawdown, death benefits, GAD reviews, changes to income requirements etc
· Assist in HMRC reporting ranging from the monthly reporting requirements to the annual requirements
· Continue to enhance and improve processes and procedures, introducing best practice from previous experience.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of pensions legislation and tax implications for clients
· Manage issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure full issue resolution including route cause –take a proactive approach
· To handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and written enquires from prospective and existing investors.
· Ensure regulatory, compliance and data protection procedures are followed
· To record, log complaints and/or concerns effectively following agreed FCA procedures
· Occasions where you will need to engage directly with our compliance, legal and tax teams to ensure client query is resolved in the appropriate manner

Key skills required: -

· Awareness of corporate policies and procedures
· Objections and complaints
· Product wrapper enquiries (SIPP, ISA, Investment Account)
· Investment product enquiries (OEIC, IT and SICAV fund range)
· Pension regulation knowledge
· Excellent client service skills
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Able to process/administer client accounts
