Retail Credit Head
My client is an Asian background bank, with a solid business establishment in mainland China. The bank has set up branch operations in most of the tier 1 city and now prepares for further expansion. As a result, there is a new recruit for retail credit head role, to be based in Shanghai.
This role reports directly to CEO. The main responsibilities for the role are, to approval mortgage loan; to expand the credit team; and other credit related responsibilities.
Candidates applying to this position would ideally have over 10 years relevant experience on credit approval, solid mortgage loan approval experience is a plus. Good communication skill (in English and Chinese), plus management experience is also essential to the position.
