We are looking for Retail PetsHotel Night Pet Care Specialist / Associates to provide an exceptional hotel experience including customer service and care to all our furry friends and their parents.
In our PetsHotel you will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment. In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment:
Responsibilities include:
- Caring for pets during overnight shift (10 pm to 7 am)
- Monitoring each guest to ensure they have clean water and comfortable bedding
- Cleaning and maintaining the PetsHotel
- Appropriately responding to any situation which may include medical issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests
- Working with minimal supervision
You will also be trained in other departments positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed.
Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual beneficial.
