Responsibilities:

Assure that the store and its employees communicate the company's heritage and create awareness of the company's charitable events.

Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Develop, train and motivate quality employees in order to achieve store sales and performance objectives.

Assure the delivery of outstanding customer service

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

Create  and develop visual merchandize and store displays. Work with visual merchandize team to execute company goals.

Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Merchandise floor sets and maintain appealing visual merchandised floor daily.

Responsible for sales analysis of inventory.

Ensure timely deposit of funds to bank accounts.

Experience:

Five to seven years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment, with a results driven track record.
