The Team
The Retail Workforce Management (RWFM) Team is responsible for calculating the staffing requirements of CBA's retail branch network consisting of 1000+ sites and 8000+ FTE.
They are tasked with ensuring the integrity of workload data in the network, through the validation of sales and transactional data, FTE impacts of cross-departmental process changes and projects, and the identification of opportunities to improve the RWFM forecasting model.
The team maintains the Retail Workforce Management Tool (Verint i360) to ensure that frontline managers have the data required to effectively manage branch staffing requirements. They manages all position changes in the retail network, and are responsible for key operational reports that impact the Retail networks overall financial position, such as the Position vs. Actual (PvA) report and Activity Based Costing (ABC) Breakdown.
What will your success look like?
- You maintain the integrity of the RWFM forecasting model for CBA's retail branch network.
- You provide on-time delivery of branch network FTE forecasts
- You run scenario forecasting/modelling to validate FTE impacts of cross-departmental initiatives and projects.
- You conduct data analysis adhoc reporting.
- You provide support to users of the RWFM tool and users of RWFM data
- You develop productive relationships with both internal and external business partners and clients.
- You identify opportunities for forecasting development, improved productivity and staffing efficiencies.
What will help you succeed?
- Experience working in a similar workforce planning role using any of the following; Verint i360, Aspect eWFM, TotalView IEX
- Strong analytical forecasting skills, based on a sound understanding of workforce planning principles.
- Experience delivering cost/benefit analysis
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Strong numeracy skills, with high attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to work to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills through verbal articulation and written form.
