Revenue Close Analyst Job in New York 10167, New York Us
A well-known, large media company is looking for a Revenue Close Analyst to add to their New York City office. The person in this position will be responsible for playing a role in all of the duties of the Revenue Operations Team. Their main responsibilities will include month end close procedures (reporting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, financial modeling, etc). They will also demonstrate a full knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and will work to ensure that the compliance of all financial and accounting requirements are met.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a BS or BA in accounting or finance and have 4+ years of previous relevant experience with superb demonstrated performance. They will ideally have a CPA but it is not required. They will have strong excel skills and strong communication skills. Some SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge is a plus but again, not required. They will have a positive attitude with a can-do attitude. They will have the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
