RF PA Design Engineer Job in San Jose 95113, California US
Summary:
· Competitive benchmarking and examination.
· Create full system assessment reports.
· Silicon bring-up assessment of power management IC in portable RF atmosphere.
· Technical collateral development including but not limited to: application notes, evaluation tools, evaluation software, demonstrations, etc.
· Create, publish, sustain datasheets.
· Conduct GSM/EDGE WCDMA tests on RF PA driven by a DC/DC converter to observe power saving compliance to RF conditions.
Requirements:
- BSEE seven plus years of related technical skill.
- Results oriented, customer sensitive, team oriented, problem solver, proactive, self-motivated, solid documentation communication abilities.
- Working skill with RF Power Amplifiers associated RF systems.
- History of supporting engineering customers for GSM/EDGE Power Management solutions.
- Skilled in the use of lab equipment (vector signal analyzer, scopes, RF vector signal generator, arbitrary waveform generator).
- Knowledge of 3G (WCDMA), 2G standard (GSM/EDGE), associated test procedures.
