Responsibilities
- Under general direction, complete and/or coordinate on all but the most complex RFP and consultant questionnaire responses which accurately and favorably present the organization’s investment products/services.
- Build and maintain an RFP library for documentation and future reference. Includes ongoing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual updates to the RFP database.
- Work closely with the department’s manager and product specialists, sales, and investment performance analysis staff to develop language for use in RFP responses, and assemble response data for both clients and prospects. Refers only the most complex questions to management.
- Develop and design ad hoc investment communications in cooperation with product specialists, sales, and management.
- Participate in other projects as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of proposal management, investment management, and/or marketing, experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good working understanding of the investment management business, the organization’s products and services, and RFP and consultant questionnaire response process.
- Commits to satisfying internal and external customers
- Experience working with Qvidian RFP software desirable, but not required
- Works cooperatively with others to accomplish objectives
- Work closely with team colleagues to suggest and adopt efficiency improvements
