RFP Business Data Analyst – Intern recruitment

The Business Data Team (“BD Team”) is part of the RFP Team at AXA Investment Managers.
The BD team is central to AXA IM’s data requests in the area of Assets under Management (“AUM”), staff and won/lost mandates.
Reporting to the Head of Business Data team, your main responsibilities will be the following:
• Maintenance of quantitative RFP standard data (AUM/Staff/Performance) and qualitative information library
• Analysis and specification of the data storage
• Providing figures to institutional and retail sales forces across Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East
• Participating in completing Investment Consultants databases (quantitative data)
• Contributing to internal projects
What sort of profile are we looking for?
• Graduate From Business School / Engineering School
• Literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Access. Knowledge of programming / IT development (VB) is a plus
• Good financial tools background, well-organised, rigorous, team player, showing initiative
• Fluent in English and French
