RFP/Financial Writer
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit accurate and relevant responses to RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires and 15C’s for multiple strategies
- Assist in crafting new and more complex RFP responses, as well as enhancing existing language
- Work effectively with various internal groups to process and obtain relevant information for questions
- Manage process of RFP production/assembly
- Manage content management database, processes, policies and procedures
- Analyze and prepare monthly and quarterly metrics reports, quantifying levels of activity, to include the number of RFPs, by client segment and strategy
- Prepare materials for monthly/quarterly/annual publications
- Update existing materials which will include re-writing of key thought pieces and white papers
- Assist on other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a minimum 2 years of RFP or business writing experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree
- Superior writing and editorial abilities
- Understanding of investment products
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong commitment to quality control and attention to detail
- Positive, collegial approach and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines dictated by clients, prospects, and consultants
- Working knowledge of Qvidian/Sant or other proposal software preferred, but not required
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
