RGN band 5 required in Stanmore
Hays Healthcare is currently looking for Registered Nurses for ongoing requirements in renown NHS Hospital in Stanmore.
The client provides a comprehensive range of neuro-musculoskeletal health care, ranging from acute spinal injury or complex bone tumour to orthopaedic medicine and specialist rehabilitation for chronic back pain sufferers. This broad range of neuro-musculoskeletal services is unique within the NHS.
Working as a RGN, you will be responsible for assessing patients; planning and implementing care for adults, providing specialist advice and maintaining associated records and carrying out specialist nursing procedures when required.
Hays are looking for Registered General Nurses that are keen on variety and the opportunity to provide excellent care to patients within challenging and busy hospital environments.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2 References to confirm your previous work experience within NHS Hospitals
- Ability to adapt to different hospital environments
- Self-motivation, uses own initiative and excellent at making decisions
- Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to challenging situations
- Time management and effective delegation skills
