Rigour Manager

We are looking to bring on 3 Rigour Managers on a contract basis to join an established team working on the oversight of a Customer Portfolio Review Programme to ensure that all projects across the programme have a robust and thorough Rigour function.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the review, analyse and setting-up of appropriate controls for the projects across the Programme to ensure there is adequate quality control of client, case and communications internally and externally by the team.
• Responsible for completing Rigour checks as defined, ensuring checks are completed to a high-standard and within agreed SLA.
• Ensure that KYC is adequately investigated to client and/or project cases to ensure that the project has the correct information to execute its objectives.
• Day-to-day point of contact to project for required deliverables. Liaising with project stakeholders as required
• Support or directly perform root-cause analysis on issues identified.
• Be a flexible resource to support multiple projects with individual timelines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Promote efficient and consistent application of processes alongside a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive Right First Time performance within Rigour team and across the projects
• Support and drive rigour to promote a greater understanding of controls
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Become Rigour Subject Matter Expert, supporting the knowledge across the projects.

We are looking or candidates with experience of the full lifecycle of a redress programme and strong experience of the quality control element of these programmes. Attention to detail is key in this role, however we are looking for someone who is capable of more than just reviewing and checking, candidates will also need to analyse what is being reviewed to identify areas of weakness in process and help drive continuous improvement across the programme portfolio.
