Risk Analyst – Lloyd’s Syndicate recruitment
THE COMPANY:
Our client is a Lloyd’s syndicate offering a range of specialist insurance products
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the enhancement to and maintenance of the integrated risk management framework
- Assist with regional and local risk and control self assessments undertaken in line with the Board’s Risk Management policy
- Support the business as required in undertaking its assessments through a combination of clinics, workshops and one-to-one meetings
- Assist with training programme, on the risk management framework and system, to new risk and control owners as required
- Liaise with other assurance functions as required to enhance the Risk Management framework
- Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management (RM) system
- Monitoring and reporting risk management items from risk management system to the Risk and Compliance Committee on a quarterly basis and tracking of remedial actions
- Project work as required, based on emerging issues and / or changing regulation
- Act as dedicated risk consultant for Lloyd’s business
- Own Reverse Stress Testing process
- Maintain on-going Solvency II compliance reporting
- Maintenance of Solvency II Model Documentation Database
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Relevant experience in insurance industry – Lloyd’s experience is essential
- Experience in the design and implementation of risk management processes and systems
- Good working knowledge of Solvency II requirements
