Risk And Compliance Consultant
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory oversight and advice to ensure that the business is informed of all risks
- Monitor the management of Compliance and Risk related issues/breaches ensuring they are appropriately handled and resolved
- Engage and effectively communicate with management and multiple stakeholders
- Drive new Risk and Compliance initiatives or projects to reflect ongoing brand strategy
- Provide Risk and Compliance advice to advance the continuous enhancement of frameworks
- Report writing and presentation
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Operational Risk and Compliance
- Exposure to Asset Management/Private Wealth/ Investments
- Sound understanding of Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience of Incident reporting
- Project Management or Project experience
- Sound understanding of Equities, Investment Management, Managed funds and Margin Lending
- Change Management
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Good oral, written and presentation skills.
