Risk Director recruitment

This role holder will report to the Global Director of Risk Management and assist in maintaining the ERM function and provide Risk Management leadership and direction across the business.

Key responsibilities-

-Establish a framework of Key Risk Indicators, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner

-Create, facilitate and communicate appropriate ERM methodologies, techniques and tools

-Provide advice and guidance to Senior Management on Risk Management mitigation strategies

-Lead the compliance programme across EMEA ensuring compliance initiatives are integrated

-Provide leadership to ensure divisions maintain and continuously improve Risk Management effectiveness

-Build and maintain relationships with Senior Management and stakeholders across the business

-Provide ongoing training and education tools on Risk Management

-Manage appropriate risk reporting to the Board, Executive Committees and Senior Management

-Establish and maintain an assurance management framework, assist in monitoring priority risks and emerging risks across the organisation.

Skills required-

-Extensive Risk Management experience within Financial Services

-Exposure from within a multi- client environment

-Proven team management experience- influencing, motivational and team building skills

-Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management- challenging and persuasiveness skills with senior management
