Are you an expert at understanding the credit risk and valuation of niche asset classes like Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Multifamily Housing Bonds, and Military Housing Bonds? The Oakleaf Group is currently seeking a Risk Manager with extensive knowledge of the municipal bond market. This high visibility role will be responsible for leading a consulting engagement with a large financial services organization in Washington, DC. You will have an opportunity to work with other market experts to create vital solutions for the industry.
- 7+ years of experience trading, modeling, pricing, valuing, or managing a portfolio of municipal bonds required.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Revenue Bonds required.
- Knowledge of Mulifamily Housing Bonds and Military Housing Bonds preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
