Risk Manager: Interim contract recruitment
Our client, a leading international investment bank is seeking an interim Risk Manager to provide extra support to the well established risk team. Due to expansion of the investment banks operations, this role (which may become permanent) will be responsible for the following:
- Risk Management - performing analysis at counterparty level as well as at specific business levels;
- Assist the Risk Director along the risk management process covering credit, liquidity, market and operational risk.
- Performs daily oversight and reporting on activities and exposures.
- Work closely with the Risk Analyst in designing, implementing and maintaining a risk information collection, data management structure; enrichment methodologies and data quality controls.
- Manages the preparation of risk review reporting; weekly risk dashboard, highlighting major risk exposures across the Bank's activities.
- All other ad hoc duties where required.
The ideal candidate for this role will be immediately available (due to the contract nature of this position) and have 7-10 years experience in a similar role from a well known instiutution based in the region. Exceptional analytical and reporting skills alongside strong Excel and and Bloomberg knowledge is essential. In return this role promises to offer and interesting project with a well known platform.
