Risk Manager recruitment

The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide all risk management support to the international and intermediaries business units, identifying key risks, managing those and putting action plans in place where necessary. This will include KYC, credit risk, fraud, anti - money laundering, new to bank clients and "high risk" business, operational risk and the regulated and non regulated sales process. As the Risk Manager, you will ensure core business risk objectives are met, reporting on all aspects to key stakeholders, providing management information, chairing regular risk forums, implementing new risk policies and procedures and ensuring that internal staff within the business are fully trained and aware of risk and compliance. This role sits within front office with the Relationship Management teams but as the sole Risk Manager for the business you must be able to work on your own initiative. 

Experience of risk management/compliance is essential for this role along with client relationship management skills as this role forms part of the front office. You will have a good understanding of KYC and AML and practical expertise of credit risk management in the corporate/personal sector is ideal. Excellent opportunity to join a growing business.
