Research and resolve customer disputed transactions via systematic input. Must be able to express empathy towards customer's perspective and understand diversity. Maintain professionalism under all circumstances. Independently resolve some level of customer issues where policy and procedures are not clear cut. Able to apply federal regulation and processor (VISA, ATM shared network) requirements on a situational basis. Identifies and communicated opportunities for process improvement.
Scheduled hours: 2pm -11pm Monday through Wednesday or 1pm - 10pm Thursday through Saturday. You will have Sunday and another day off during the week. This day off will be determined by business needs. The schedules listed in this requisition are tentative. As business needs change, these schedules may fluctuate.
Training hours: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday for 5 weeks
