Risk Program Manager ? Risk Management-Operational Risk Assessment Advisory Group
The Operational Risk Assessment Advisory Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead projects across consumer services. The candidate will have a strong PM background and be comfortable in facilitating discussions to define detailed requirements and business processes. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing core RCSA projects on an end-to-end basis, including project roll-out, implementation and periodic updates. Detailed tasks include developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive, accurate project plans and schedules, planning, change management, escalation management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting. Work closely with risk management, business lines, users, team leads, and other partners to execute core project management functions. Communicate project status with key stakeholders, identify resource needs, track key milestones and perform quality status reviews. Work closely with Analytics, Reporting and RCSA leads for the Operational Risk Assessment Advisory Group. Liaison to Process Excellence mapping functions across consumer organization Development of program health metrics across consumer organization for RCSA improvement programs. Subject matter expert in all aspects of project implementation planning and execution, ensuring consistency across consumer organization
