Rush University Medical Center - Urology Clinic @ Lake Forest, IL Office
32 hours per week - part-time position
General Summary:
This is for an RN clinical coordinator for Rush University Urology at Lake Forest location and Rush as schedule assigns. The candidate must be flexible to travel between site locations. The RN Clinical Coordinator is an Illinois licensed registered nurse who actively provides supervised patient care in an ambulatory care setting The nurse works in a collaborative relationship with other members of the health care team to provide leadership and to coordinate the care ofpatients. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures, including complying with all Rush University Medical Group Customer Service Standards.

RN licensed in the state of Illinois

Experience in Urology desired

Ambulatory experience preferred

Epic computer skiils

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hours will generally be the following;
Mondays - 8:30am to 2:00pm
Tuesdays - 7:45am to 6:00pm
Thursdays - 7:45am to 6:00pm
Fridays - 7:45am to 12 - 5 pm
(As the physicians travels 14-16 weeks out to the year, the RN you then work at Rush in Chicago)
