Office Coffee Solutions is a leading coffee distribution company founded and operated by individuals passionate about offering exceptional coffee service to corporate clients in the GTA.
We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to fill a Route Driver/ Customer Service Rep position – a critical client-facing role within the company. The successful candidate will visit corporate clients in and around the GTA to check and replenish inventory, service coffee machines and maintain coffee stations clean and operational. The successful candidate will interact with clients daily and the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with customers is imperative.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and pack orders onto delivery vehicles
· Deliver inventory, clean coffee stations and resolve minor machine issues at client offices
· Follow through on special orders and customer requests
· Interact with clients in a highly positive and professional manner
· Understand product features and benefits in order to answer any client inquiries
· Regularly provide feedback to management on customer questions and comments
· General warehouse maintenance through regular cleaning, straightening and dusting
Qualifications:
· 2 years customer service/ driver experience preferred
· Ability to lift and carry medium to large items several meters, weighing up to 15 kg
· Good planning and time-management skills for executing multiple tasks simultaneously
· Effective communication skills
· Strong customer service orientation
· High level of initiative
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Valid and clean drivers license
