RPO – Onsite Account Managers Wanted!
My client is a market leading provider of high calibre permanent and contract staff across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With offices in Dubai, Qatar, India, Poland and the UK. Due to continued growth, having won a further major onsite account, my client is looking for an account manager and a consultant to work onsite with a manufacturing business in the Nuneaton area to build their team.
Currently the company has 130 workers which they are looking to grow to 400 over a 12 month period. You will be predominently recruiting blue collar workers across manufacturing/refurb/engineering/warehousing.
The Account manager will take overall responsibility for the hiring process - meeting with line managers and managing recruitment deadlines. The ideal candidate for this role will already have onsite experience - or be an industrial recruiter (agency or internal) who has managed big accounts. They will easily build rapport with industrial managers and be proven at delivering and resourcing to strict timescales, as well as managing and dividing work load between other consultants.
The Consultant will assist the Account Manager in resourcing onsite for roles. The ideal candidate for this role will again have onsite experience delivering on a large account in the industrial sector - but also could be a proven internal or agency recruiter in industrial recruitment.
Salary for Account Manager up to 28K, Consultant up to 22K, both depending on experience.
