RTA Fraud Assistant: If you are interested in working as a Fraud Road Traffic Accident Fee Earner Assistant where you will gain experience handling Litigated files then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
One of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK is looking to broaden it's team in providing expert advice to insurance clients nationwide. The successful candidate will be joining a highly driven team and will be handling their own caseload of Litigated Road Traffic Accident files.
RTA Fraud Fee Earner Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding telephone calls and dealing with general straightforward queries.
- Good experience of running RTA cases through the Insurance Litigation process.
- Instructing engineers or investigators
- Desk top searches and reviewing medical records
- Liaising with parties involved in claims including the insured, insurer, witnesses
- Basic instruction to Counsel and draft applications
Applications are invited from candidates who have gained 6 months+ experience in private practice working on RTA files.
RTA Fee Earner Assistant - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience handling Litigated RTA claims.
- Good telephone negotiation skills.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
