What you need for this position:

- Working database experience
- Strong HAML/Javascript/HTML/CSS/Ajax coding skills
- Basic knowledge of version control tools such as GIT
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing, TDD, the strengths and weaknesses of ActiveRecord, the pros and cons of REST, and why skinny controllers and fat models are a Good Thing

What you'll be doing:

- Design, develop and deploy new features
- Write beautiful, clean code in Ruby
- Work on web and mobile applications
- Implement Ruby on Rails-based tools and infrastructure components
- Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
