What you need for this position:

- At least 1 year experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails and MySQL
- The ability to create robust and easily maintainable code
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with MVC, Watir automation library, jQuery, Javascript a plus

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and developing robust web automation and data mining applications
- Documenting design decisions and understanding business requirements
- Mentor junior developers and communicate with non-technical staff
