RUSSIAN SPEAKING AUDIT SENIOR

This is a fantastic opportunity for Russian speaking qualified Audit Senior to join a highly reputable practice in London. You will get the opportunity to combine your language and audit technical skills and contribute towards the firm's wider growth within the Russian and the UK market and become an expert Business Advisor.

Our client, a prestigious accountancy practice with a varied client base are looking for ambitious individuals with strong experience in external audit as well as the ability to speak, read and write fluent Russian to service a broad range of businesses including a growing portfolio of Russian speaking clients in the UK and abroad.

The role will entail working on predominantly audit, but you will also be expected to work on some accounts and tax work. You will get the opportunity to work on a large number of interesting advisory based projects for your Russian clients from a variety of industries which will vary from small businesses to larger listed companies. Consequently, the role will enable you to become an expert business advisor in the field.

Key Accountabilities:
*Liaise directly with clients to ensure the audit is performed efficiently.
*Prepare review financial statements.
*Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
*Preparation of corporation tax computations and returns
*Ensure both time and fee budgets are maintained.
*Advise audit manager of concerns
*Explanation of variances from budget
*Ensure consistency at all times and that all outstanding work is complete
*Liaise with other departments in order to efficiently and effectively complete jobs.
*Knowledge of consolidations and Group Audit exposure

To be considered you must possess the following:
*ACA/ ACCA qualification
*Current work experience in an audit function within an accountancy firm
*A minimum of 50% Audit in your current role
*UK GAAP and IFRS
*Fluent in Russian and English
*Good communications and interpersonal skills - able to communicate and liaise at all levels
*Ability to work in small teams
*Good time management/ organisational skills - be able to multi-task and prioritise
