Russian& Ukrainian Customer administrator
My client, a producer of internationally recognised brands, voted one of the best companies to work for in 2014 is looking for a customer administrator who speaks both Russian, Ukrainian plus English to a professional level for a 6-9 month temporary role in their Camberley site. The main focus of the role will be to increase company revenue through the continued delivery of high customer service to both customer a client bases.
Current trading conditions mean that the company is now able to bring the customer service level into the UK to create a more centralised team. The job will involve investigation and resolution of disputed claims, ensuring pricing consistency, working to deliver efficient communication processes i the relevant country and management reporting.
You will have strong experience of working within a customer service call centre environment and ideally a background in sales. You will be able work on your own initiative and work as a focused member of a team. Previous use of SAP is desirable.
