B2B Outside Sales - Successful Hunters Wanted!

 

We are looking for a full time Sales Executive for our Edison, NJ office.  This outside sales job is responsible for generating business both directly and indirectly by contacting prospective clients, referral sources, and existing customers.  The position requires excellent and positive communication skills, a thorough knowledge of RestoreCore and our services, mission and value, and the ability to create and implement a marketing plan.  Additional training will be provided and we do offer mileage and business expense reimbursement, a 401(k), PTO, and healthcare benefits.

 

The position includes a combination of a salary and commission structure with top earners receiving over $100,000 annually.

 

Job requirements include:

· Ability to identify and secure new business relationships within targeted market segments

· Ability and desire to obtain business through cold calling, email, postal mail, visits,    attending networking functions, and other telephone communication

· Willingness to travel to customer locations, events, and job sites to close new business opportunities

· Meet requirements of agreed upon sales goals

Preferred experience includes:

· Exposure to construction services or restoration industry

· Previous Sales experience in a metric, quota driven, KPI environment
