Sales / Account Executive / Account Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Territory - New Castle, DE

Supports achievement of metalworking (MW) sales and gross margin goals for their geographical area of responsibility. Drives accelerated MW sales growth within identified MW Impact Accounts. Supports Competitive Advantage Program (CAP) customer opportunities to deliver MW growth, achievement of cost savings goals and assist in the achievement of branch CAP signings. Maintains a MW Opportunity Funnel to track progress and success on MW Growth activities. Provides technical support for metalworking application opportunities to OSA's and MW OSA's (FSRs). Coordinates local supplier support for tool testing in support of OSA's and MW OSA's (FSRs). Assists Market Manager's and BSM's as needed in coordinating supplier involvement in market or branch meetings. Supports strategic supplier initiatives driven by the Product Team. Provides local private label technical and brand support. Supports the company Culture within all the undertakings of internal and external customer engagement to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of company mission. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
